Who we are
This website is operated by Fantom Media, Budapest, Hungary. For anything related to your data, write to info@fantommedia.hu.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you send: your name, email address and message, and optionally your company and phone number. We use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The form is delivered by Web3Forms and our email is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, and at most two years unless we end up working together.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use the site: which pages and films are viewed, how people arrive, and roughly where they are and what device they use. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We don’t use it for advertising, and analytics data is kept for a limited period (currently two months). Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Hosting
The site and its videos are delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the site (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a portable copy. If you think we’ve mishandled your data, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu).
